Blow dyers are another form of abuse to your hair; there are correct ways to dry your hair with a blow dyer without damaging the hair follicles.

Hair prevention can be done on a daily basis and can help lead to a healthy head of hair. The first step to promoting healthy hair and prevent hair loss is to find out what is causing the hair loss problem and then taking the steps necessary to prevent this from happening again.

A proper diet is very important to preventing hair loss as well as changing your grooming habits. If these are not the reasons for hair loss, it may come from medications that your doctor will more than likely try to change the prescription if possible. Hair loss prevention is possible as long as you do not have a medical reason such as androgenetic alopecia.

Hair loss prevention takes on a completely new role in society. Women are more devastated than men are as far as hair loss goes. Preventive measures are important not only for the future, but for right now. Women need to feel pretty and having hair is all apart of that. With the products available to women, more research still needs to done. As for men, there seems to be a head start on this program due to the high publicity of male baldness.
